UEFA Confirms Champions League Semi-Final Fixtures: PSG vs Bayern, Arsenal vs Atletico
UEFA has officially confirmed the schedule for the 2025/26 Champions League semi-finals, with four elite clubs now standing between Europe’s biggest prize and eternal glory. Defending champions Paris Saint-Germain will host Bayern Munich in the opening leg at the Parc des Princes on April 28, with the return leg in Munich on May 6.
In the other tie, Arsenal will travel to the Metropolitano to face Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid on April 29, with the second leg at the Emirates Stadium on May 5. Both Real Madrid and Barcelona were eliminated in the quarter-finals, making this the most open race for the Champions League crown in recent memory.
Bayern reached the last four after defeating Real Madrid 6-4 on aggregate, while PSG dispatched Liverpool 4-0 over two legs. Arsenal advanced via a narrow 1-0 aggregate win over Sporting CP, and Atletico progressed after knocking out Barcelona. The final will be held in Budapest on May 30.
Harry Kane heads into the tie in record-breaking form, having scored 12 goals in this season’s competition — the highest tally ever by an English player in a single Champions League campaign. Historically, Bayern have the edge over PSG, having won five of their last meetings between the two sides.
